These Terms of Service govern your use of the WebWelds website and any services you purchase from us. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our services

WebWelds designs and builds custom, conversion-focused websites and related marketing services, including single landing pages, marketing services, and SEO. Every engagement is delivered on a fixed scope agreed in writing before work begins.

Quotes and payment

Quotes are free and provided within 24 hours of a consultation. Pricing is fixed-scope: the amount and deliverables are agreed upfront, and work begins once the agreed payment terms (such as a deposit or milestone schedule) are met.

Unless stated otherwise in your quote, fees exclude third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, stock assets, and paid ad spend, and any applicable taxes.

Client responsibilities

• Providing the content, images, and brand assets needed for the project, or approving us to create them.
• Giving timely feedback and approvals so the project stays on schedule.
• Ensuring you own or have licensed any materials you provide to us.
• Keeping your accounts and credentials secure where access is granted to us.

Timelines

Most projects go live within a week of kickoff, once the needed content and feedback are in. Timelines depend on prompt client input, and delays in feedback or materials may shift delivery dates.

Intellectual property

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables we created for you. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing, unless you ask us in writing not to.

We retain ownership of our internal tools, frameworks, and pre-existing components used to build your project.

Scope changes and revisions

Each quote includes a defined number of revision rounds. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins — so there are never surprise invoices.

Warranties and liability

We deliver our services with professional skill and care and will fix genuine defects at no charge as described in our Return Policy. Beyond that, services are provided as-is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost traffic.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
